Can I change or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it is unable to be canceled or modified.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders will be processed and shipped in 2-5 business days from our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ with the exception of personalized, made-to-order, or drop shipped products. Processing times for these products vary and will be displayed on the specific item page.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day.
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.
Please note:Â Inclement weather or high volume may delay processing times above. If your order includes an item marked pre-order or fabric, the remainder of your order will be held until all items are ready to ship.
If expedited shipping is selected at checkout for these products, your order will ship with expedited shipping after the processing times.

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â

If your return is acceptable, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as graduation cap toppers) and course enrollments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
